Inter Parfums announced the acquisition of the Lanvin brand names and international trademarks under Class 3 for fragrance and makeup from the Jeanne Lanvin Company.

The agreed sum for the acquisition was 22 million euros—or $30 million U.S.—in cash. The Lanvin Company holds a buy back option for the brands, which will be exercisable in July 2025.
